Investment Criteria
EBIT: EUR 1-2 Million
We are looking for small to medium-sized profitable companies that are willing to sell up to 100% shares.
B2B or B2C
We are sector agnostic, but prefer companies with a focus on B2B or B2C.
EBIT Margin: >10%
We are looking for companies with operating efficiency and sufficient profitability to cover fixed costs, invest in growth, and withstand economic downturns.
Steady Performance
We are looking for companies that hold strong positions within their niche markets and demonstrate stable growth.
